CAR RENTAL POLICY

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

• passport or personal ID Card (EU customers)

• driver's license (International Driving Permit and/or other license valid in Poland)

• VISA or MasterCard, valid and with access to available credit of minimum $2000

CONDITIONS

• we require a refundable deposit of $900 before vehicle rental

• returns to locations different from original (pickup) are subject to delivery charge $150

• we are unable to guarantee a specific make or model within each rental group

• due to our fraud prevention policy we require that same credit card you used for our invoice payment has to be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.

• in case your credit card company does not cover your vehicle insurance (CDW - Collision Damage Waiver) you are required to purchase an insurance policy from us according to our pricing guidelines. Beside that we offer optional Supplemental Liability Insurance. Please inquire about available insurance products and options

• vehicle has to be returned in the same physical condition as it was received by you (clean interior and exterior). This helps us complete the inspection process swiftly and declare the vehicle damage-free without undue delay. Please be aware, if you choose not to do so, that we may have to charge you for the necessary cleaning services

• we are not responsible for tire damage such as cuts, sidewall damage etc. resulting from inappropriate vehicle use

• the amount of fuel in returned vehicles has to match the fuel level at the moment of vehicle pickup, please refer to our inspection report attached to your copy of a rental agreement

• rental vehicles may be taken outside Poland only after obtaining Polservice Intl authorization whereby additional conditions or fees may be imposed

• all fees associated with vehicle use, traffic tickets, parking tickets, highway and bridge toll fees, charges for vehicle use in other jurisdictions (outside Poland) are a sole responsibility of a customer. Please consult your travel agent for information about the rules and regulations in the areas/countries you plan to visit or appropriate consulate

• caution: all rental vehicles are smoke-free, smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles

• rental contract cancellation fee may apply

• total invoice price is determined based upon current exchange rates

• in case of a refund we are not responsible for bank fees or any other transaction costs related to processing your payment

DAMAGES AND ACCIDENTS

• in case of accident or damage to our rental vehicle you are required to follow all standard and customary procedures resulting from such occurrence such as identifying involved parties, cooperating in disclosing circumstances of an incident, filing a damage or accident report with the credit card company if it provides you with the insurance coverage, filing a police report if needed as well as immediately contacting our company
